My first identity project, assigned to me during my junior year at Northern Michigan University, turned out to be one of my most in-depth and successful. With the option to create any brand I would like, I chose something I’m passionate about: snowboarding. Auxiliary Technical Outerwear is a hypothetical snowboard outerwear and accessory company. Everything from the color scheme to logo and company name itself reflects the harsh conditions snowboarders face and the support you need to make it through them. Designing the company’s logo, color scheme, stationary, apparel, commercial, identity manual and snowboard wax, this project was not only fun but also showed me just how much work went into creating a complete brand.
